Hi, and thanks for looking at my ad for this 50ft Narrowboat for sale on behalf of the owner.  She was launched in 1996 and was built by the renowned Gary Gorton and fitted by JD Boat Services of Gailey with lots of great equipment ideally suited to liveaboard and pied-a-terre use or equally as a holiday cruiser.  If you look around you can see that the asking price of £33,500 is very reasonable for a boat of this standard with a mooring in this location and the owner will also consider reasonable offers; she is advertised for sale elsewhere.
