There is full access to prop and stern gland internally and also there is a hatch on the back deck that raises to access stern gland. This locks from inside. Stunning boatman cabin units with traditional drop down cupboard and traditional canal art paintwork
Engine Room: this is the home of a stunning PERKINS CD152 3 cylinder thumper that is economical and VERY reliable. The engine floor lifts easily around the engine for full access to gearbox batteries and engine. She has 5 batteries one for a starter and four for leisure use and connected by a relay to prevent the starter battery being slammed. There is an electrical management system which is for 240v hook-up. There is plenty of storage within this room and with the engine is a great toolbox which has a built in area where it lives.This room has TWO side hatches with double doors and roof hatches. She has her ORIGINAL gearbox which was rebuilt by Ed Boden a couple of years ago
Bedroom: a double bed with large storage drawers underneath. Also the chlorifier tank is situated under the bed. There is a wardrobe in here and above bed storage units. This room has two large windows LED lighting and charging point for phone/tablet. There is a 12v TV in this room on the wall which has several different colour surrounds. This runs on a cigarette lighter socket.
Bathroom: this room has a gorgeous large mirror vanity unit with great storage. A small bathroom cabinet on the wall. There is a small bath with seat AND a shower. This room has LED lighting and is beautifully tiled. There is a portaloo toilet which will be replaced with a BRAND NEW one.
Kitchen: solid wood kitchen gas cooker(full size) single sink & drainer and two large windows.She has a 12v fridge. Tiled surfaces and a gas boiler for heating water.
Lounge: two seater sofa (sorry puppies not included in the sale ?) with storage underneath, a Squirrel Morse solid fuel burner. Two large windows. Storage units and cupboards. Full access to bow
Bow: built in and lockable great for storage. Two porthole windows. Access to the water tank is housed in here. The 240v hook up comes in here.
The wooden fit out is beautiful. She is reliable and VERY responsive.
FULL Survey was done 2017 available. Buyer is welcome to have a survey carried out to the buyers cost! Boat safety until end of ’24. She is a tough vessel but loves to cruise the stunning waterways at her disposal.
She has a chlorifier AND a diesel heating system but I have lived aboard six years and never used either so they may require attention before use.
She would benefit from some TLC but NO major works are required as she is completly liveable!
