Hello and thanks for looking, we originally bought this length of boat as it is the longest you can use in the system, you can travel anywhere on the system in this boat.Beautifully fitted out 2008 narrow boat, the quality of cabinet work and finishing could not be better, you won’t find this kind of quality on any other boat… the chap who fitted this boat out was a perfectionist. The boat was on the Lancaster canal but is now on the Leeds Liverpool near Barrowford, one the prettiest parts of the canal networks. The canal and river trust mooring is available for transfer and has good facilities I had the boat out of the water in March for blacking, new anodes and a new boat safety. I have also recently fitted the boat with a new front CratchCover and 3 large solar panels that make this boat completely self sufficient and ideal for live aboard vessel. The pictures don’t do this boat justice, I have shown a couple of shots showing the different layouts. The breakfast bar was how the boat was when we bought it, since then we have put a comfy sofa in that converts into a double bed… easily switched back as the sofa is loose. At the front of the boat is a storage and water fill, the front locker houses the calor gas for oven and central heating. Below is the water tank and access to bow thrusters. The Lounge is at the front of the boat and has a new tv (great aerial on roof) and squirrel stove which soon warms the whole boat. Behind this lounge is a well fitted large kitchen with gas oven, 4 ring burner, fridge, microwave and lots of storage and cupboard space… it’s amazing.Next is the large walk through bathroom with large corner shower, thetford cassette toilet with two cassettes ( much better than pump out) and a sink, as with rest of boat this is superbly fitted with a nod to Art Deco style. Finally next you have the bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together if required, VERY well planned with 4 wardrobes and lots of under bed and above bed storage. The boiler for the central heating is also located in here along with a mini tv and dvd that is cleverly hidden away. From the bedroom you access the engine room which again has lots of storage and great access to the Isuzu engine, inverter and battery store. I have just had the diesel cleaned. This boat wants for nothing and no expense has been spared, the roof is a bit flakey as previous owner didn’t prepare it properly and could do with painting. This boat would cost £100,000 new so grab yourself a bargain, I have lots of bills and paperwork for all work and original manuals for all fittings and fixtures. More pictures available on request including some build pictures showing the very comprehensive insulation and paint primer. All manuals and bills present along with original fitout drawings for the boat. Thanks for looking and ring or text me on 07766 800688 for further info and to arrange viewings. I may take a Motorhome in exchange.
