I’m am listing this on behalf of a friend who has to sell due to work commitments. it is a 57ft traditional narrow boat built in 1999 by Bill Harris it is a rolling project that he have no time to finish. He stripped it out and re boarded the back room in thick ply wood and under storage bed. He has put in a new log burner and chimney. In the kitchen new cupboards and sink. There is also new water pipework fitted. also a new morco hot water boiler and flu all new gas pipes to be fitted by new owner. He has put new tongue and groove in. it has just had a survey done on it which has some pitting but has had work finished and is now blacked and six new anodes on. Work to do is simple paint job on out side, , bathroom and toilet area need doing. Has got brand new 12 volt wiring all through with switches and 240 hook up and 2 brand new solar panels fitted last year at high price. There is a ford enjuro engine but needs securing down on mounts does run but needs work, better to replace with a lister or similar. It has two side hatches in the engine room and one in the front its a lovely shape proper traditional looking about 5k should finish it. engine new size 2.0 diesel.
