Due to the amount of messages, I am doing viewings tomo Sunday 20th, in Cambridge if anybody is seriously interested. Please pm me to arrange.Just had a Hull survey today. All good. Measurements of 5.7-6mm. Copy available.58ft 2004 cruiser For SaleI’m currently half way through refurbishing my boat however due to lockdowns and bereavement it is taking me longer than planned so I am toying with selling it as is. I’m as happy to carry on and advertise it in spring/early summer when finished but thought I would see if there is any interest now.I bought it earlier in the year for myself however after having it for the summer I’d really like a 70ft again. The elderly chap that previously owned it bought it in 2006 for £85k. He barely used it from about 2012 due to illness so the Vetus engine only has 940hrs on it. It spent most of its life on a mooring (no shore power) and gradually looked solid but tired. I think it was last blacked around 2015. Bsc until mid next year from memory. It has some nice features (corian counters in kitchen and bathroom) and will be a good looking boat when finished. I started repainting it over the summer and spent many many hours prepping. It still needs the final top coat on the sides/roof as well as several coats on the bow and stern. The hard work has been done however to get a professional looking finish.I have new solid oak flooring ready to go down. It has a victron 3kw inverter/charger and eberspacher heating. It has a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a dinette and new kitchen doors to be fitted. When finished im fairly confident it will sell for aprox £55-60k however as is I’d consider an offer around £45k if anybody is interested. It is based in Cambridge. Thanks
