60′ 2009 Stern Cruiser made by Pro Build, based on the Black Prince design.
Starting at the stern:-
Lovely large cruiser stern area, plenty of
room to sit out in chairs when moored.
Engine – 42hp Isuzu engine professionally
installed by J G Marine Service with full history, last full service April 2019
and has only been run for an hour or so since. 4 brand new batteries fitted for
12v power and starting.
Galley – Lovely large well appointed galley
with Corrian worktops, full sized 12v fridge, gas cooker and hob and washer /
drier. The galley has a lot of storage space including plinth cupboards
utilising all the available space.
Dinette – Along from the galley, seating
has plenty of underneath storage, potential to convert the dinette into further
sleeping berth/s
Saloon – Like the rest of the boat has well
thought out storage, brand new digital TV, new swivel chairs. Inside the
bookcase are plenty of power points 240v and built-in USB charging points. Brand

Bathroom – Mirrored corner wall cupboard,
Thetford cassette toilet (with spare brand new cassette), sink and vanity unit,

Bedroom – Towards the bow is a double
bedroom. Each side of the bed can independently be lifted/folded out of the way
should more space be needed. Each side of the cabin are full length overhead
storage, a full size double wardrobe, plenty of power points and USB charging
points. Wall mounted digital TV. Brand new mattresses.
Bow area – plenty of room in bow area with
seating, bow locker contains propane gas bottles

Currently the boat is in a lovely marina on
the Kennet and Avon Canal, marina has full facilities and easy access to boat,
very close to A4/M4 near Reading. The mooring is paid until the middle of
January and would not be a problem to renew. The mooring is not residential.
