‘Lord of the Dance’
60ft Tyler Wilson hull. Traditional narrowboat built 2000 in traditional layout.
Vetus engine, Sterling inverter, Shore line, Solar panels, 240v and USB sockets throughout, carilofier water heater, 12v fridge, gas cooker, boatman stove (at front), Porta Potti toilet. 3x new leisure batteries.
The boat interior has benefited from a full refit and has been designed with a flexible and open planned feel. Entering from the front doors, the living area optimises its use of space, which in turn gives the new owner scope for adding furniture (eg sofa bed) and any personal touches, there’s certainly space for adding another berth if required. There is a drop down table fitted.
Living space leads to the galley (behind storage on either side and seating). The cooker is located opposite the swan hatch, below the hatch are fixed steps (which utilise as shelves). Sink with drainer. All storage in the galley is below the gunwales to maximise space and keep weight distribution low down. 240v sockets for appliances.
The galley leads to the shower room with wash sink and Porta Potti toilet, the doors of the shower room function both to give privacy and to close the shower off when not in use. The living space and sleeping areas can be independently closed off from the rest of the cabin.
Back from the shower room there is storage on either side and then the bunk beds. These have the option of being used as berths or additional storage. There is a drop down table installed (with USB sockets) for use as a work area. There are pull out drawers at the base of the bunk beds. Further storage on the partition wall.
At the rear of the cabin is the main berth, built as a single bed which pulls out to give a double bed.
There is storage and a coat hanging area at each end. Exit rear (through an insulated bulkhead door) to the wood panelled engine bay.
