For Sale our 65ft Narrow boat, Built in 2004 by Floating homes in Peterborough known for good quality boat building workmanship. The boat is all steel Traditional Narrow boat construction and spray foam insualted, with 3 double side doors (2port side 1Starboard) also has a Houdini hatch and port hole style windows all in heavy high quality brass.We have owned the boat for 12 years and it has been designed for family cruising some 2wks at a time.Engine is a Diesel Perkins Prima M50, this has been well maintained every year regardless of use, Oil, Filters every year.It has just been fitted with a new drive damper plate and new starter battery (3 year Guarantee) the engine is Keel cooled.240v Power is by Sureline connection to sockets through out the boat, also fitted with a switchable Sterling Pro Pure Sign wave 1600w inverter, 12v power is by 3x 110ah and 2x135ah batteries. the boat is fitted with a Pro Nautic1250 50A marine charger.The boat has been designed to run with as little power usage as possible, all 4 TVs are ultra low powered LED, ( lounge 30″, Bedroom 30″ and combined TV/DVD/integral light over each bunk bed. Lighting is all low powered LED. Moonraker TV aerial great coverage.USB and 12v sockets by the bunk beds.As you can tell all the common favourites for children to leave on are covered.Also included are some solar panels with fitted controller.The boat was blacked 2019, new anodes were fitted and a new bush fitted to the rudder tiller. A compact bathroom fitted with sink shower and cassette toilet, we preferred the cassette as the boat was geared for occasional cruising. Shower is fitted with a Gulpa waste pump.The boat has skin fittings in place for a pump out toilet should you wish to reinstate this.
