70ft narrowboat built by Liverpool Boats in 2004.
She has 4 berths but could sleep more than this as she comprises:
Rear steps down to galley kitchen fitted with granite worktops, dishwasher, range cooker & fridge, slate tile flooring.
Dinette area with seating for 4 adults – this converts to a double
bed/second bedroom area with generous storage underneath the seating,
solid oak floor.
Spacious lounge with sofa and armchair together with Squirrel Morso log
burner with central heating back boiler feeds the central heating, TV
point and lose cupboard, solid oak floor.
Utility room with freezer, washing machine and Worcester Greenstar
Combination Boiler which feeds the central heating radiators throughout
the boat and produces instant hot water, loads of storage and hanging
space, solid oak floor.
Walk through bathroom with 900mm shower and mixer valve, granite vanity
worktops and porcelain macerating toilet, plenty of cupboard space,
vinyl floor.
Bedroom with full size fixed double bed having storage underneath along
with large black water tank (approx 2 weeks between pump out as
liveaboard), additional storage overhead, wardrobe at the foot of bed
and corner cupboard opposite, solid oak floor.
Double opening doors to front end of boat with oak cratch frame and
drop-down table, stainless water tank below floor and twin 13Kg gas
locker
We also have a pram frame and cover plus cratch cover, the covers need some repair for wind damage.
Electrics – 230v sockets throughout and plenty of them all wired in
2.5mm arctic blue. 3KVA Victron inverter, 24v Victron Battery Charger,
Galvanic Isolator, Shore-Off-Inverter 3-way switch, 230v DB and 24v DB
with volts and current LCD. 4x110AH battery for the inverter and 2x110AH
battery for the 24 boat accessories, Engine start battery, twin
alternators, (12v and 24v)
Lighting, mainy shallow G4 spot lights
Kerosene tank below the rear steps for heating boiler.

Engine serviced August 2023
Drydock to black and fit new anodes September 2023
Bow thruster tube but we found she handles well without it so never fitted it.
Lots of other bits to go with the sale, trim, fittings etc, stuff that only a boat will need 🙂
