Beautiful fully restored Handcock & Lane Norseman 40 narrow Boat 1980
The boat has been fully restored October 2017 and completed March 2018
Interior has been totally re-done with all new upholstery and marine grade blue foam throughout along with curtains and black out blinds
New suspended flooring with latest insulation throughout
Also fitted are beautiful solid oak ledge & brace doors
Kitchen has Belfast sink with mixer tap and Colette gas cooker and Paloma gas combi boiler Waeco Fridge with freezer compartment
Bathroom has mixer shower with sink and new cassette toilet
LED lights are throughout the boat
Also the boat benefits from two Sola panels with leisure battery storage which covers all the power required
Also in the lounge area is a multi fuel burner
The boat also has a new pump out tank fitted which has never been used
The engine Lister ST2 has been fully rebuilt and was finished March 2018 by a specialist Lister enthusiast in Braunston no expense has been spared and the work carried out is as follows

New big end and small end bearings

Head and seats re-ground
Cylinders re-honed
Injectors refurbed
Diesel pumps refurbed and re-set

Basic survey done while out of the water during blacking to check on condition all reports came back very good
The boat is in beautiful condition throughout and is a lovely example of a vintage boat from the very reputable Handcock & Lane Boat builders
The boat has been lovingly restored but sadly due to personal reasons we have to sell
Mooring is available also to take over if required in the beautiful location of Upton upon Severn
