46ft steel-hull narrowboat with a bowed wooden top which has a made-to-measure waterproof cover. The front of the boat has a flat steel roof with decking overlaid and a safety hatch set in to the roof. The back of the boat as you enter is a steel cabin, the top of which can be lifted right back. It has a two cylinder Lister engine. There is a gas hob in the kitchen but no gas installed. 12v lighting throughout and new 240 sockets wired in earlier this year. Large new water tank fitted and plumbed in, suitable for cruising or reconnecting to mains. Please note there is no bathroom fitted on the boat. The boat was stripped out, new LoWE insulation applied throughout and 12mm ply boards fitted. There are a couple of these boards left on board for finishing off the woodwork. Also a roll of the insulation for finishing small areas that remain bare in the front of the boat. New Ikea double bed and mattress on board also which can be left or I can remove. The woodburner is backed by new Vitcas fireboard and porcelain tiles. Bsc until 2027. Selling as I have moved away and can’t find the time to finish the work on the boat. Collection only.
