We are reluctantly selling our much loved Narrowboat ‘Tres’ which has been in the family since new in 1977/78 when our uncle fitted out the shell.Currently moored at Tardebigge Old Wharf. Details;A Colecraft 1977 shell, overplated bottom and sides in 2011 and sealed with two part epoxy coating with a 10-15 year lifespan. New steel hatch and rear cover in 2015.Lister LPW3 engine regularly serviced. PRM gearbox fully rebuilt in 2016.Two leisure and one engine battery, all new.Stern tube and tiller bearing replaced in 2015/16.Solar panel fitted 2016, new controller just fitted.LPG cooker with oven and grill 2018. Fridge new in 2017.LPG water heater refurbished 2021.Webasto Air Top 2000 heating system with programmer. Installed 2012, recently serviced.Thetford cassette toilet with spare cassette.Sofa and bench dining area both convert to double beds.Boat safety scheme cert to June 2022.Negatives; The rear doors are tatty at the bottom and the Rev counter seems to have stopped working (no effect on running or charging).
