Built in 1991 by Godfrey Engineering, this rather charming 50ft narrowboat could be your ticket to the waterways and a life of tranquility, a place of your own.
On board you’ll find a multi-fuel stove to warm your toes on those imminent, chilly autumn mornings. There’s an LPG oven for baking and cups of tea and hot water supplies the shower via an instant water heater.
As a trad stern, the excellent BMC engine is protected from the elements but there’s still a large deck in the front for that much-needed outside space.
50ft is a great size for a narrow; easy to steer and capable of navigating the entire system, but large enough for you to make her your full-time home.
The current BSS certificate is valid until Feb 2028, there is no survey and there is no mooring offered with this boat although hard-standing may be available subject to availability.
We will lift the boat for free for your surveyor and we will include most welding recommendations within the asking price.
Blacking and anodes will be done after survey, included in the asking price.

We can deliver anywhere in the UK (for a fee) or you can take her away today on the water; we’re on the Grand Union canal, around a three day cruise from Central London.
