I will be sad to lose this project as I have spent two years getting her to where she is now. However due to circumstances I am in the need to sell her (but not as a gift, I have spent lots with all jobs completed to a high standard if the boat has needed it doing its been done and not all by myself I know my limits as where needed professionals have completed work). Will add more photos in the next couple of days. Please look at all photos here, copy and paste link in browser: http://leeson-me-uk.stackstaging.com/eclipse/ Age: estimated late 70sEngine: 3cyl Vetus ( Vetus – reconditioned engine with less than 10 hours run time)Hull & Cabin: Steel preliminary survey completed in 2018 on purchase showed good hull with between 4.6mm worst (Small area) and 6.5mm on hull.As advised by surveyor new D bar added to bottom run of the side all the way round (pictures will show)Advised no need to over plate. 6 new anodes added and 4 coats of blacking done.Invoices to show work done.Paint:Could not make my mind up on colour scheme and decided this year to get some paint on during the summer as not my preferred method to only have primer on for winter. The painting is not completed but there is no primer on the outside and have paint which will be included to finish off should you wish to keep same colour scheme as I have started. Cabin: completely stripped out including ballast rust treated and 2 coats of red oxide (Again please look at pictures) 18mm marine ply on deck and side has double layered insulation glued. Victron invertor Purchased second hand on eBay fixed in but not being used as I have electric hookup was tested when installed (please note this invertor will not run electric kettle or oven). No Gas Gas locker was rotten on the bottom and has been cut out and welded new plate (pictures)Work done by Marine engineers (Marina staff)Im no welder so all welding has been done by professional from marina I have invoices to prove. Vetus engine was also installed and commissioned by marina staff, Prop shaft removed and repacked grease and tightened. Tiller tube also new welded with grease cap to stop canal water coming up on full throttle on to stern deck. Windows:Original windows, I have refitted them to make the boat water tight. My intention was to purchase new windows as this are single glazed, But with the events of this year I had to clean them up and refit them. These are not the best windows but they are functional. Electrics: 230v cable and sockets installed main cabling as USB sockets with 230v plugs, no internal panels installed so you could easily move them if you wanted a different layout.Layout:From stern entrance, down steps in to Galley, Side hall toilet/washroom Shower tray and Thetford Porta Potty. Main cabin with plenty of room and a single bed which pulls out to make a large double, mattresses purchased May2020.Solar Panel included in sale but still in box not got round to fitting.Log burner included again not installed as not got round to installing it No flue kit is included as not purchased that to date.Mooring also a good possibility as Im on a permanent mooring at the marina if needed.Advertised else where and have the option to remove before sale ends, any questions please ask. I know every inch of this boat, be a sad day when she is sold. I have been honest with all photos and nothing to hide, the condition when purchased I believe was neglect nothing else.No BSS cert as work in progress. All work done I believe is the guidelines of BSS, I have the full criteria downloaded.
