Selling my lovely home due to wanting a bigger boat .built in 1982 by Hancock and lane it has a bmg 1.8 engine and new gearbox a couple of years ago.it had a full replate by a professional boat welder and complete inside refurb 3 years ago and blacked and new anodes.theres a double bedroom with radiator and dinette that reverts to a double bed ,also the settees can be pushed together to make a small double.the log burner has radiators attaches and it also generates hot water.there is also instant hot water with the gas boiler.theres a crotch cover on the front and back and the front one is only a month old.the bss Safety runs out 9 April 2021.it really is lovely and cosy.tel 07772202787,also could come with a nice mooring by negotiations with the marina managment
