Recent hull survey shows complete re-plating to a ‘very good standard’ within the last 5 years. Hull blacked and new anodes fitted this year. Lister 2 cylinder diesel and hydraulic gearbox recently serviced. Solar panel with 4 batteries. New windows fitted and decking replaced. BSS certificate survey available but work still required for certification hence my reluctant sale as my circumstances have changed and I am no longer able to complete the tidying work due to health problem.
