A blanked gas supply to midships is available perhaps for heating? There are no fixed heating or electronic battery management systems. Under bow deck 75gall water tank recently cleaned/painted provides with12v pump water to shower cubicle and new wash basin as well as to kitchen stainless steel sink with drainer. Front well has two bench seats and original glazed A-frame. Double doors with lead light effect glass give secure access to front. Hot water is supplied by either the newly fitted calorifier heated by engine use, or by using 240v land line hook up and 240v immersion heater. A new Jabasco manual compact toilet (hardly used) is flushed with fresh water from a dedicated supply into a integral holding tank. The shower drainage system uses a newly fitted 12v diaphragm pump for pumping out grey water A 12v light and a shaver socket installed. Storage cupboard under basin. The shower and toilet are segregated by innovative use of two louvre doors. There is a wardrobe next to shower. The toilet is also a self-contained private cubicle. The Galley has a small 240v fridge, fitted cupboards under full size sink and next to the cooker. Opposite is a table with two bench seats and locker/cupboard space. This arrangement converts to single bunk.There are two charged fire extinguishers, a fire blanket, smoke and CO2 alarms. There is a fitted L shaped seating area to the aft which converts to the double bed. All seating has material covered sponge covers utilised as mattress, in clean useable condition. A cupboard at the double door entrance houses the calorifier water cylinder, 240v circuit breaker and 12v fuses. It is also useable as a laundry airing cupboard. Instrumentation is functional and sited above this cupboard where they can be viewed from the aft deck. A throttle and gear column is on the port side of the aft deck and control and manoeuvrability of the vessel is by a responsive tiller. Opposite is a corner TV unit with shelf and cupboard under. A new wooden hatch covers the wood double doors. The stern has an attractive all round wood rail treated with preservative. Various types of 12v lighting throughout.There are five fully functional louvre windows which allow good light and variable ventilation. These have been recently removed and re-bedded, then re-fixed using new bolts through new timber inside. They are curtained with new curtain stays.In conclusion: The vessel is named ‘Mr Toad’ and has an Environment Reg, No. G10663. She has history and in our opinion is admirable and is complimented often on her overall appearance and style. She is robust and durable is standing the test of time and is presented in a completely useable condition. Included are front well and rear deck loose covers, various lock windlass, lengths of rope, anchor, mooring pin and mallet. She is basic in some respects which allows development and opportunity to personalise. We are selling her having used and enjoyed her for several years. We live aboard a larger wide beam and really need to focus on this. The vessel is completely documented, improved and relisted after the first ‘ Buy it now’ buyer withdrew for personal reasons. In addition to the BSC and Surveyors report is an engine report all of which are completed by competent and bespoke local professionals.
