45 ft narrow boat liveaboard made in 1970s steel sides and bottom , fibreglass top half , been re fitting out for last two years nice and spacious and modern have all the pics of how it used to be inside , needs a few things finishing off bits of trim around ceiling etc mostly all finished has had new shaft and bearing fitted and new anodes comes with solar panels , power inverter 4 x 6v Trojan battery’s ,alarm system , Diesel engine all running fine , has electric water heater , big size shower , log burner ,gas hob and oven fridge freezer , I had survey 3 years ago and the sides are fine a new base plate is needed at some point as there a small leak back end of the boat bilge pump sorts that out ,been living on it for the last 12 months has been really nice and peaceful is currently on the canal has boat licence and saftey till next year all ready to live on , any questions call or txt 07739 354362 thankyou
