Albertine is a 60ft stern cruiser, it is a retired-hire boat I bought directly from the hire company/boatyard at the beginning of January 2019 for 29K.The boat boasts lots of extras and clever layout to make the most of its space and is still set up as a 6/10 berth, so ideal for a large family/two families or could be adapted to make a spacious live-aboard.On entering from the stern you pass through bedroom 1 which currently has 4 fitted bunk beds, and a sink unit, and two doors which you can make ensuite with toilet 1 and opposite a shower room with shower, these can be partitioned off if desired.Through to the galley which has a fridge and gas cooker, plenty of work space, t.v and fully equipped kitchen accessories.Moving forward you then have L-shaped seating which can utilise the table to make into a dinette or lounge area with new curtains.Through another door which can be used together with a partition to make bedroom 2 which is also ensuite with another pumpout toilet and wash basin, plug sockets and cd/radio. This also could be reverted to a L-shape seating arrangement.Forward again to bedroom 3 which has a door leading to another two fixed bunk beds and vanity area and yet another wash basin, then out onto the bow with seating area and gas locker. The boat has a Lister ST3 engine which I had serviced last August before moving to its mooring,(mooring NOT included).Heating and hot water is supplied by Alde gas central heating and radiators, which again was checked over in August with radiators re-balanced.TWO pump-out toilets, THREE sinks/wash basins.Vital statistics:Year of construction 1986.Length 60 foot.Beam 6ft10Maximum draught 2ft.Steel hull with 16 metric tons displacement.Fuel capacity 50 gallons, diesel.Water capacity 100 gallons.Holding tank capacity 80 gallons.B.S.C June 2021.The boat is ready for use immediately and currently moored on the Oxford canal at Hillmorton. The boat has two sets of keys.FAQs:Q. My husband is 6ft 7″ is the roof high enough?A. It is difficult to measure a sloping roof but I would estimate a generous 6ft, being an ex holiday boat.Q. Is there a survey with the boat?A. I bought the boat directly from the hire company/boat yard and didnt have a survey done, in the original advert (which I have a copy) it was stated it had recently had a whole new bottom (I was told to 8mm) and the boat would probably benefit from blacking sometime this year as blacking dosent take well first time to bare metal.Q.Why are you selling?A. This is my fourth and last boat and I am looking to retire from the waterways.I am happy to answer any other questions honestly or arrange a viewing.Conditions of sale:Boat obviously wont be released until full funds are cleared.Sensible offers welcome.PLEASE ensure you have the funds at your disposal before halting the sale. time-wasters will be persued for re-listing costs. It would be better if you actually view the boat before buying and this can be arranged quite easily.Boat will be advertised elsewhere so reserve the right to finish listing at any time.
