Cruiser style narrow boat
We are having to sell our much treasured possession. It is a practical and beautiful boat that is ideal for both a live-aboard or a holiday boat. Currently has a leisure mooring at South Island Marina, Enfield.
Since owning the boat, it has under gone full internal and external restoration to a high standard (pictures of before can be requested) and it has been our pride and joy in doing so.
On entering the bow you arrive straight into a good sized kitchen it contains a large butchers sink, mixer tap with new fridge/freezer and fan oven. A stand alone butchers block provides seating area for up to four. The boiler provides hot water instantly.
The seating arrangement in the lounge area provides comfortable place to sit but also turns into a double bed with enough space to pass through.
Morso wood burner is located in the centre of the boat and provides excellent warmth throughout the boat with lovely Spanish blue and white printed tile surrounding.
A double bed has been made to provide under bed storage in the bedroom with 2x hanging spaces and under bed leading to a lovely seating area at the stern.
The bathroom is tiled with a full working shower unit and toilet.
This boat is bright and airy during the day and cosy and warm in the evenings.

The boat is currently moored at South Island Marina. Enfield. Close to Ponders end train station, with access to the Victoria Line at Tottenham Hale and direct into London Liverpool St.

The terms and conditions of the mooring is a 3 month probation period with the potential to extend at a 3% charge of the sale of the boat.
