This is a 24ft 2 berth narrowboat with all mod cons.Full size shower room with ceramic tray, hand basin, hot/ cold water and portaloo.The galley has a 12volt fridge, gas oven and 4 burner hobb and a 240 volt socket.The 240 volt works when plugged in at a marina when on the move the 12 volt system is used. The lounge has an either side layout with two 4ft sofas that convert quickly and easily into a double bed also in the lounge is a 3 draw unit with 240 volt shoreline and a 12 volt charge socket. Opposite this is the Hobbit solid fuel stove. The front doors lead out onto the front cockpit sitting area.Towards the rear of the cabin is the gas water heater over a galley unit which houses the 240 volt auto charge system. Next to the wardrobe the rear steps exit the cabin onto the rear deck. The 2 lockers at seat height accommodate the gas and fuel for the cabin and the engine.The engine is a Honda 20hp power tilt four stroke petrol engine which is steered by tiller.This is a fantastic engine with hardly any use.Built by The Little Boat Co this little boat is perfect for easy to manage holidays on the inland waterways.Certificate of compliance for three years and licensed until July, she is ready for use. At 5 years old there will be some little touch up jobs that may need doing but nothing major. The engine has hardly been used as she was mainly used on her mooring.A great little boat that has given a lot of joy and will continue to do so.This boat is also advertised elsewhere so may be removed early.Happy bidding.
