Welcome to the sale of our well loved Hancock and Lane 58 foot Cruiser Stern House boat for sale – The Norsman Hull.This boat has been in the extended family for 30 years and has been our pride and joy. It has always been well maintained, loved and cared for. If you know anything about these boats then you’ll know that Hancock and Lane are renowned for the excellent quality of their boat building and ‘Nevada Rose’ is a really good example of this. She feels absolutely solid and is always warm dry and welcoming. She is a indeed a proper ‘House Boat’. Over the last three years she has undergone a full refit both internally and externally which included a full stern rebuild and gutter layout (no more moisture problems!) and a full Hull rebuild and over plate which included the building of complete new skin tanks. She basically now has a complete new hull and so will (properly maintained) outlive anyone. Internally she has been completely stripped and painted down to the steel, reballisted and then refitted. The internal refit included all brand new professionally fitted electrics throughout the boat. She has just been out of the water last week and fully blacked with three coats of Teamac Blacking and she has also been externally refreshed and painted where necessary. There has been a massive amount of money spent on her over the last three years so I think its probably best to just bullet point what has been done and then if there are any serious questions to just call.
