Hello and welcome to this advert. This is my narrowboat which i have listed as for sale.She is 36ft length, steel hull. This boat is an existing project and is stored on hard standing at Stanstead abbots marina. The mooring is available to be taken over with the purchase..So about the boat: The Sides & roof:The make is unknown, as i bought it as a rusty hull earlier this year. I have built timber sides and A GRP resin roof, for a solid walking platform, so in summer it can be used to sunbath and whatever you fancy.. Built in a squared detail the roof and sides were designed to give full walking height inside and no restriction as you walk side to side. Five Chartwell green windows have been fitted (one frosted glass for the bathroom) One side has been Cladded in Cedar timber as per pics, the other is still just the breathable membrane. The Hull: The hull is The flat bottomed profile and a lovely shape, One side has been stripped back to steel and re-painted with the primer. The other side is still rusty and needs re-grinding back. As per survey I never got around to getting one done, but its seems in a pretty good state.. (Im no expert)The Engine: The engine is a BMC 1.5 Diesel and i have a new wiring loom made ready to be fitted. Ive never fired ther engine up, however i was told that when she was pulled out of the water it was still in working order. It has just been sitting for a few years, so needs a bit of love and tlc.Spair parts that come with the boat: Foil insulation, enough to insulate the whole boat.Two batteries.2 cables of 12v wire.4 usb sockets.240 wire.Box of plumbing fittings.3/4 of a Blackening Paint.A pile of various timber.. Inc a stack of hardwood.2 bilge pumps.The reason for selling is I’m far to busy at work and havent the time to be there every week to keep the project going.
