35hp Beta Marine Engine showing 1353 hours. Last survey: 2021, blacked 2022, BSS until 6.12.2025. She is booked for a new survey and blacking on the 5th August.
In 2022 we invested in new 240v wiring , a Victron galvanic isolator and Victron Multiplus inverter, new gas line, three new 230ah
batteries, automatic bilge pump, new Calorifier, Diesel Central Heating, new 240v Hookup, and new alternator.
Included are mooring pins, ropes, a metal plank, pole and boat hook, fenders, hammer, windlass, anchor, life ring, fire blanket,
fire alarms and two extinguishers.
The interior is painted pine T&G cladding, engineered wood flooring and wooden window shutters throughout. Living / kitchen area
to the bow, walkthrough bathroom, two cabins (one double, one single bunk. Bespoke solid pine kitchen, 12v Swan Larder Fridge, Thetford Duplex Oven and Thetford four ring hob. Shower bathroom with new gulper, basin and Simploo.
Viewings can be arranged for Monday and Tuesday evenings.
