I bought this boat a couple of years ago with the intention of finishing it off – after renovating one previously for my daughter however, priorities have altered.Externally; 52 ft, Hull surveyed and all good, Blacked, paint good, top needs rubbing down and painting. new weather proof non slip cruiser deck, new windowsMechanical; Volvo Pentland two stroke engine – stripped down, serviced and rebuilt (bulletproof – will run forever), New gearing system.Internally; Fully insulated, fully cladded (although there was a leak which means some of the cladding will have to be replaced – there is timber included to do this), kitchen fitted, bathroom created (needs final fixings)First fix plumbing and electrics (all labelled) completed.Moored on dry dock near Lymm Cheshire at £150 pcm which if required can be continued whilst works completed – the boatyard also has crane for loading onto flatbed or movers to launch on their slipway.
