NARROWBOAT LIVEABOARD – 48FT*BOAT SAFETY CERTIFICATE – NOVEMBER 2022*GREAT VALUE & READY TO GO*IDEAL LIVEABOARD WITH MOORING
48FT LIVEABOARD NARROWBOAT, GREAT CONDITION, VERY WELL SPECIFIED, GUARANTEED MOORING
Hi, and thanks for looking at my ad for this 48ft Narrowboat. This would be ideal for a full-time liveaboard, a pied-a-terre near London or perhaps as a long-term cruiser. If you look around you can see that the asking price of £32,950 is very reasonable for a boat of this quality and size with a mooring in this location and the owner will also consider reasonable offers; she is advertised for sale elsewhere.
She is a trad stern design, built by Pedigree Boats with a steel specification of 10 / 6 / 4 and launched in 2002 so it is a good opportunity to get a very well-built narrowboat at a very attractive price. The boat has recently been blacked with new anodes and looks extremely smart.
There is Boat Safety Certificate that lasts until 26th November 2022.
mooring is fully transferable to the new owner and is in an ideal
location in Egham on the River Thames. The town centre is
only a short walk away and has a full range of banks, shops,
launderette, pubs and restaurants. It also boasts a mainline station
running into London Waterloo including stops at Clapham Junction. The
boatyard is small and friendly, everyone is welcome and the boat can
be viewed there.
This has been moored in the boatyard since early 2013 and has been loved by her 2 enthusiastic and skilled owners. This is a really attractive and traditional narrowboat with high quality steelwork outside and a lovely fit-out inside that has been developed by the current owner as a very comfortable and practical full-time liveaboard. Come and have a look around her, she is a great boat with so much charm and appeal with a really usable internal layout, great outside space at the bow and stern, good side decks and a warm, cosy and light interior.
