Easy quick starting and a very manoeuvrable responsive boat. Two service batteries with room for another and one starter battery. . Facility for mains connection with some interior 13 amp sockets and additional mains lighting. Also 400W inverter.Sleeps four with two rear bunks and a fixed sofa in the saloon that extends to a sprung slatted double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. Toilet room with washbasin and Porta Potti with electric flush. The saloon is 16 ft long with a kitchenette at the fore end. Fixed sofa and one fixed curved buttoned back sofa with a gate leg table for a dining area. Solid fuel stove and supplementary small catalytic heater in bathroom passage. Paloma water heater. Plenty of storage space is available throughout. All to be seen to be appreciated as this is much better than ordinary.Front deck with seating and storage below. Cratch. with cover. Front will fold down to a table with cover removed’Tested until 31 December 2024.Not surveyed but Prospect needs the bottom replating, and probably the sides to the first rubbing strake too, before being put back in the water. 5mm hull construction. I am told some pitting on the sides to 2.5mm. Ideal project to restore a fine old boat.Replating may be carried out on site by purchaser or agent. Storage cost of £88.86/month for keeping on site after purchase.
