Minimum of 4 weeks holidays per year, plus the option to apply for extra weeks.
The boat is currently moored at Braunston Marina and is managed by BC Boat Management, who have been great in maintaining the boat as an engineer checks her every week.

We’ve had a fantastic time on the boat & have really enjoyed our holidays aboard, but we’re now selling our share as we are expecting a baby in October 🙂
How the holiday allocations work:
The management company have a very good system for assigning the holiday weeks, where the people at the top of the list choose 3 of their 4 weeks, the chart is then passed down the list until everyone has chosen 3 weeks. The 4th week is done in reverse order, so the people at the bottom of the list choose first. The people at the bottom of the list also have priority on any extra weeks they bid on. Every year, the people at the top of the priority list then drop to the bottom and everybody else moves up.
The two remaining weeks for 2018 are 5th – 12th October and 21st – 28th December. There may also be the option to use weeks that other owners have allocated but can’t use, or swap weeks with other owners. You would need to contact the other syndicate members regarding this once you have purchased the share.
The monthly maintenance cost is £139 which covers the license, mooring fees, maintenance etc. so that you have peace of mind that everything is dealt with. (Please note that each share owner pays £139, this cost is not split between the 12 shares).
A £50 deposit is required within 24 hours, and the full payment within 5 days.
