You pay for you own fuel and toilet pump outs.Winter Maintenance CostsEach year at the AGM a list of costed annual maintenance items are voted on and then funded from the maintenance Fund balance or and small additional payment from each share holder if needed approx £200. Starting from the semi- traditional stern you enter rear cabin which has
Queen size double bed that extends to a 4ft 6in bed. Plenty of storage with
wardrobes and under bed drawers etc. Pedestal sink in cabin.
Off corridor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, plenty of cupboards
including razor point. Towel rail and single radiator.
Galley kitchen has all mod cons including 4-ring gas hob, eye level gas oven
and grill, microwave oven, full sink and draining board and plenty of work
surface including an L- shaped extension cupboards. There is a fridge with a
small freezer compartment. Everything you’ll need in terms of Pots/pans,
cutlery etc.
Forward is a dinette which can convert to double bed. Saloon includes TV, full
length settee which converts to additional double bed. This area has a stereo,
12V charging point for mobile phones, etc., Morso dual fuel stove, additional
table, lots of storage and front doors leading to forward deck with a lug for a
table and enough room for two chairs. It has a cratch cover.
The boat also has full central heating from and ‘Alde’ boiler serving 5
radiators.
