Regrettably selling my 36 ft narrow boat “Callisto”I’m selling her as a project as there are still a few little things to finish her off .I’ve lived inn her full time since march and loved every minute but I’m moving back to Kent and can’t drive her down the m25 !!! She made by Roy steel boat builders 1980 , traditional 36ft Blacked in August 2023 full survey the same time 1500bmc engine will require new glow plug relay but doesn’t effect the use .Bss is up in Jan 25 Jobs that need finishing off Shower is all in just needs a new hot water heater and connecting I’m running out of time as need to start new job as soon as possible so hence the reason I’m selling as project for this to be taken into account I have proof of what I payed in march and can show the buyer this , I am losing a lot of money on her but I don’t want to miss this opportunity down south I have also the full survey with recommendations that have been carried out all done to send when needed The boat is based around the Black Country West Midlands so veiwing will be around this way
