We have a project narrowboat come under brokerage today. She is on the market for £6950 and is moored in Weybridge. Siam is a 40 ft Calcutt boats narrowboat. She has a running 1.5 bmc engine. She is in need of TLC but has everything you need. There is a galley with fridge and cooker with hob. A Paloma water heater heats the water for the shower and sink. Fixed seating area, shower room on one side of the boat, sink and cassette toilet on the other side. There is then a bedroom with bed, storage space and a pot bellied stove.The boat is in need of a paint job and a good clean but could easily be lived on whilst working on her.
