If a narrowboat has been constructed well, as Rosa has, it can have the space and light you need to enjoy it as a liveaboard. With a massive 6ft 10 head height in the cabin and great width from the slab-sided superstructure, you get so much room to make a perfect home.
She’s fully equipped for life onboard with a multi-fuel Morso Squirrel feeding the radiators through a backboiler, an instant gas water heater and (unusually) a bath. There is a newly-installed oak floor in the living room.
Power comes from a lovely, modern Lister engine which is in lovely running order and can be cruised away immediately. The hull is in equally good condition and we invite you to confirm this with a survey, to facilitate this, we will lift the boat for free.
She’s looking for you to put your own stamp on her, she’s a solidly built narrowboat and could be the beginning of your waterway adventure.
We can deliver anywhere in the UK (for a fee), or you can take her from us at Hemel Marina. We’re on the Grand Union Canal, around three days cruise into Central London, or three days to Brentford and onto the Thames. OPEN TO OFFERS
