This vessel has been built within the orbit of the STEAM BOAT ASSOCIATION OF GREAT BRITAIN , The certification of all the machinery and boiler are controlled and inspected by the same ,,, the vessel is mechanically finished and ready to sail, the accommodation has never been started , it is fireproof lined with a covering of eurotherm insulation and has a new saniflo electric toilet to a holding tank unused ,it was constructed under supervision of quest surveys ltd Manchester , all welding was done with coded certified persons, it was started in 2012 and launched into the c&rt system in may 2015, as said in the survey at launch, it is substantially built with the intention of coastal travel , and has fittings for such in place including a sailor 24v commercial ships VHF, In commission the draught is 3 foot 2 “ and swings a 32” axiom prop with axiom 2” stainless shaft , fitted are fore and aft steel tubed thrusters wired and in commission there is a BMW 30 hp marine hydraulic drive installed in the fore peak the drive motor is located at the stern under the thruster tube ,THERE IS NO GAS ONBOARD power comes from a massive set of DRY TYPE battery cells 600 amp @ 24v maintained by two Victron 300w solar panels , the service voltage WAS a top of the range victron quottro 8 kw inverter charger £4,500 with a 5 year warranty it was Rarely used and when I needed it in year 4 it fizzed out on return to VICTRON it was REFUSED WARRENTY as it was stated as humidity corroded on the circuit boards , myVhf, tv, curry’s fridge. Currys, freezer , electronic safe , led lights , bow thruster ,Hikvision security cameras (indoor) Teletronika broadband to transmit. cameras anywhere , all still working SO VICTRON IS A DODGY FIRM TO INVEST IN WITH THEIR HIGHER END STUFF FOR MARINE USE AND IT WAS MADE IN INDIA NOT HOLLAND , MASTERVOLT WILL BE REPLACING EVERYTHING AS I ALSO HAD A VICTRON £120 300 w UNIT FAIL IN 9 MONTHS THEY CHANGED THAT ,,8 grand I spent with them!
