Butterfly This lovely modern refit 40ft narrow boat is a perfect live aboard or holiday boat and ready to go!A full survey was carried out in September 2017, along with a complete hull blackening.She was built by White Bear Narrow boats Circa 1980She is currently moored at Trinity Marina, Hinckley. Leicestershire until September 3rd with the option to stay or move.She has a Beta 3 cylinder water cooled engine which was serviced in 2017 and frequently used on trips out. She has a solid fuel/wood burning stove and installed fans to extract the heat throughout the entire boat. The bedroom has fixed double bed with under storage water tank.Storage cupboards and fitted double wardrobes. The bathroom has a luxury shower unit with modern sink and a free standing cassette toilet. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and oven. 12V fridge freezer and a washing machine. I have lived aboard Butterfly since October 2017 and survived the worst winter in decades on this super cosy boat!I am selling Butterfly due to moving in with my partner.
