Thetford cassette toilet, Vanity unit, wash basin, mirror cupboards

The fixed double berth
has storage below and above at both the foot and the head.
The rear cabin has a
fixed single bunk which can be converted to a dinette or as an office
table and further storage is available in this area.
Between the back cabin

The engine room leads
directly out to the Trad stern and is protected by a pram hood cover
for inclement weather cruising.
Additional
Information
The
boat will require a new oven and hob installation in the galley as
the gas hob shown in the photos has been removed. A new battery will
be required for the starter and ideally the hull would need to be
cleaned and re-painted in the next year or so. All items shown in the
photos which are not fixtures and fittings are not included in the
sale.
At
present Quorndon is berthed at Southbank Marina, Kirkintillock near
Glasgow and as the contract for the berth is separate from the boat
sale any new owner would need to negotiate with Scottish Canals
regarding future berths.
Quorndon
is used primarily as a residential boat but the owner works at
various locations throughout the UK and for this reason viewings must
be arranged by appointment only for serious prospective purchasers.
Because to a certain extent this boat is a renovation project having been used essentially as a home rather than a cruising boat and has not been taken out of the water for some time all reasonable offers will be considered based on such offers taking this into account.
Current Price: £35000.00
