Lovely bespoke widebeam for sale on a mooring in
Roydon Marina (perfect commuter location – only 20-30 mins to Central London). We had her built and fully fitted to our specifications in 2015
with Collingwood Boat Builders, but she is based on their popular Baby Euro
model. After many years living happily on water as both marina folk and
constant cruisers we’ve made the massive decision to move back to land to open
a doggie hotel! Hence the reason for selling our comfy and beloved boat.

Unlike most other widebeams she’s got the best of
both worlds as she’s fully equipped as a constant cruiser and/or a permanently
moored home. All the home luxuries of the average widebeam, plus all the extras
to make her the perfect cc’ing craft. We cruised with her for a year and she’s
now been on the mooring for 2 years.

BEDROOM

Good size Double Bedroom with full size built in
double bed, 12v-240v 22″ television/DVD included, dressing table area and
stacks of built in storage space (3 x wardrobes, 2 x bedside cabinets, 1 x
chest of draws, 2 shelves, plus full length of the bed has storage under).
Single door opening to the bathroom, double door opening to front deck, 2 large
porthole windows with bespoke hexagonal shutters, fresh water tank level
reader, main ceiling LED lights, plus 2 individually controlled reading lights
above the bed.

BATHROOM

Extra large bathroom as spans the full width of
the boat, HUGE shower (larger than in most houses), stunning round porcelain
sink on a white marble worktop, top of the range Thetford cassette toilet
(porcelain bowl) with 4 cassettes, heated towel rail, ample storage from floor
to ceiling behind the shower, under sink cupboard, shelves beside basin, built
in storage/laundry box. 2 large frosted porthole windows, ceiling LED lights,

KITCHEN

block wood worktops, deep butler sink, built in Belling gas oven and separate
gas grill, Belling gas 4 ring hob, 12v LEC fridge-freezer, plenty of storage
with 2 large deep cupboards, 2 small deep cupboards, 3 drawers, large built in
wine rack. 2 standard rectangular windows with venetian blinds, LED ceiling
lights, door to bathroom.

There is also a Morco instant gas water boiler in
the kitchen mostly used when cruising, when on the mooring you’ll tend to use
the electric water tank heating system. We also have a twin tub washing machine
that we’re happy to leave with the boat if wanted.

LIVING ROOM AREA

Great size living room area, 5kw Morso Swift
multi fuel stove with slate surround, 12v-240v 32″ television/DVD
included, enough space for a huge sofa (ours is 9 foot and chosen specifically
for the boat, so if interested we would consider selling). Side door hatch (I
love this and I’m so glad we had it put in), 2 standard windows with venetian
blinds, LED ceiling lights, 2 individually controlled wall lights above the
sofa area, built in speaker (from radio in office area).

DINING/OFFICE AREA

Bespoke corner office area with built in desk,
cupboards, drawers and shelving. Large cupboard next to rear exterior door
houses the electrical control panel for the entire interior boat, built in
radio/CD player, control/timer for the Webasto central heating system and
inverter/charger. 2 standard windows with venetian blinds, LED ceiling lights,
built in speaker, stairs and door leading to back deck

There is space for a dining table in this area,
we currently use a fold out dining table which is great to create a full size
dining area for up to 6 people.

FRONT DECK

Good size front deck with space for small table
and chairs. Traditional cratch cover, both sides can be unzipped and rolled up
on sunny days. Gas locker is located in the bow of the boat. Large fresh water
tank located under.

BACK DECK

Square shaped deck giving more deck space, main
boat control panel, tiller steering, full pram cover with lights, all sides are
unzippable or the whole thing can easily be taken down. Access to engine bay
with Canal Line 52 diesel engine (with twin alternators for faster battery
charging), hot water tank, battery bank and ample under deck storage.
