Electric tug in very good condition. This is a really eye catching and rare item, built in France in 1993 and subsequently improved in various ways, by us, for our boat hire business. We originally had three, all were incredibly popular and this is the last one.The boat comes ready to go; deck has been repainted this winter, black hull paint is in very acceptable condition and we can antifoul or paint the under water part of the hull, as required.The boat is highly manoeuvrable, capable of about 4 knots, and would make an unbelievable gift for a young person from a boating family! It is huge fun to drive. My own kids have grown up regarding it as their first choice to drive at our boat hire venues!The cabin conceals space for one lead acid battery and the on board marine charger, just plug in to charge. Normal endurance is 4 hours on 1 charge, charging lead supplied.The motor is brand new. The boat comes with an existing rechargeable battery, relatively old – we can advise on a new battery or supply it, if required.The boat comes with a cover, charging lead and a storage trolley, which could be used for launching at a pinch.This boat was used as a hire boat at Poole Park in 2010, used by the public and as an actual tug (see picture!) at the London Boat Show at Excel in 2011, and then thereafter at our boat hire venues in Portsmouth.
