A unique River Launch based on a Drascombe Longboat. 21′ long and 6.5′ beam 1ft draft. Built by Church house Boats the Henley as it is termed has no keel or keelbox and therefore it is very roomy and extremely stable. It has two rowing positions and these seats can be removed to make a clear space. There is a stainless steel frame which supports a canvas cover to protect you from sun or showers ( this cover is damaged and needs renewing as I left it on this winter and wind and weather damaged it). The trailer is dedicated to the boat and is in good condition. There is an overall cover but it is not in good condition but serves to keep leaves out of the boat. Originally the boat was wheel steered from the front but I prefer a tiller. The steering cable is still in the boat and the wheel and console are included. I have found this boat great fun and very versatile. It can take 9 passengers and does not feel crowded and feels very safe. I have mainly used it with a 24v Torqeedo electric outboard which works very well with it (this is also available by negoitiation).There are various scratches and dinks but everything is sound and the woodwork is oiled and in good condition. I am getting older and Moth is too big for me to launch on my makeshift launching ramp so I have bought a smaller boat. Sorry about the purple grass but I had the camera on the wrong setting!
