Terhi 440 Rowing / Day Boat with Yamaha F8 4 Stroke Outboard + Snipe Trailer
We bought this new in 2006 from EF Snellings & Son in Norfolk for ‘pottering about’ in the creeks at weekends and holidays. I estimate it has probably done no more than 25 hours motoring although it sat on the River Ouse for a summer which is why the hull is a bit grubby. It has been dry stored in a shed the rest of the time.
I have changed the petrol and the engine fired up on the second pull. The battery is flat however and will need charging or replacing.
This Terhi 440 comes with the Yamaha F8 (8HP) 4 Stroke outboard, the fuel tank, battery, Snipe trailer with new light board, spare wheel, winch and straps, etc. Also included is the anchor, chain and rope. And of course the drainage bung and bail scoop.
It tows well behind a car and is remarkably easy to move about when not connected.
I looked up new prices and this would set you back over £5500 today.
