I’m regretfully selling my beloved 18ft gaff rigged cutter due to an upcoming move and lack of storage space. This boat is a true classic, with a robust build and plenty of character.
Key Features:
Hull: Constructed from fibreglass, with an estimated age from the 1980s based on its thickness. The hull is exceptionally solid and has stood the test of time.
Deck & Woodwork: The deck and woodwork were in poor condition when I purchased the boat, so I completely stripped and rebuilt everything. The deck is made of durable plywood, and all exposed woodwork is beautifully finished in oak.
Spars: All the spars are in great solid condition. Some have been stripped and varnished and some are fine as they are.
Trailer: The boat comes with a heavy-duty trailer. It’s an absolute beast—tows effortlessly and makes launching and retrieving the boat a breeze. The old trailer was not roadworthy, so this new one is a significant upgrade.
