CONSTRUCTION – Date of manufacture 1977 in G.R.P by COBRAMOULD Ltd. Essex.
Sloop rigged with raked stem and counter stern, Bilge keels. GRP hull, deck and superstructure, forward hatch, pushpit, pulpit and guardwires. One large forward mooring cleat, 2 smaller mooring cleats and fairleads both fore and aft. Large self-draining cockpit.
COLOUR – Hull red, superstructure white
MACHINERY – Tohatsu 9.8h.p. saildrive outboard with forward and reverse gears, charging circuit with rectifier to 2 heavy duty 12 volt batteries, one is new. Aerogen wind generator linked to batteries. Lifting outboard bracket.
SPARS / RIGGING – Masthead sloop rig with stainless rigging and anodised spars. Roller and slab reefing for mainsail. Whisker pole.
SAILS – Mainsail, roller genoa headsail, ghosting genoa and storm jib.
ACCOMMODATION – 4/5 full length berths and cushions. Mariner gas cooker with 2 burners and grill, sink with piped water, separate “Waterloo” marine W.C., hanging space with ample lockers, drawers and cupboards. Dinette layout, carpets, interior lights, ventilator and opening porthole to starboard.
EQUIPMENT – Bosun compass, Navman echo sounder speedo/log, as well as wind indicator Apelco R.T with masthead aerial 2 fire extinguishers, bilge pump, 2 twelve volt batteries, 6lb gas bottle, C.Q.R. anchor with 100 ft. of chain and attached warp. Navigation lights inc. masthead tri-light, steaming light and deck level bow and stern lights. Henri-Lloyd Latchway safety wire system and 2 transfasteners. Cockpit dodgers and seat cushions, wooden cockpit floor. sheet winches, warps and fenders, horse-shoe lifebuoy and dan-buoy. Stereo system with CD.
REMARKS – A comfortable and fully equipped family cruiser.
My reason for selling is that my husband bought the boat in January but has since passed away. He never took the boat out as he became ill shortly after buying. I have taken all the information above from the advert my husband bought through. Hopefully there is everything needed to answer any questions. The boat now needs a good wash off! The wooden hatch needs repair.
