She’s been advertised on here previously but i was unexpectedly out of the country during the previous listing and so viewings were not possible.I’m selling her as a project because there is a lot of wood work, painting, varnishing that needs to be done. The hull is in good condition and needs a repaint. The top frame in the cockpit will need rebuilding along with the tender rack. The engines, all instruments, standing rigging, running rigging and sails are all in good working order. The buyer will need to install a solar panel or wind generator to keep the batteries topped up as currently there is no way of keeping them charged unless the engines are running at certain revs. Both hulls have manual and electric bilge pumps.

Instow yacht club is on the other side of the estuary where they can crane boats in and out for a fee and also store boats for a fee, however you will have to contact them directly for more information.She’s an 8m Catamaran lovingly built with Marine Ply circa 1983 to Catalac/Prout style. She is a beautiful boat, well built and amazing to sail. Being a catamaran she is very stable and safe with two of nearly everything. I’ve been using her all summer, Last trip was at the end of September, easy to sail alone, perfect for exploring shallow water, coves, beaches etc she can dry out on both hulls and comes with two anchors. Cutter rigged with roller reefing main, roller reefing fore and stay sails all in fair to good condition. All running rigging led aft to the cockpit. Wheel steering with Autopilot.Twin Lister Petter AC1W Diesel engines with 750 hours each and regularly serviced (last oil change March 2018). Indirect water cooling system so no sea water in engine casing. Her 10m mast can be easily lowered to give a maximum air draught of 5m. She has a maximum beam of 10’9″ so can be transported on a normal lorry ( not wide load, 2.5 tonnes) and she has a draft of just 80cm – so great for creek crawling and drying out on her twin keels and rudders.Sleeps two adults in the large front cabin and two children in the main cabin ( table converts to small (5′ or so) twin bed). Sink, Gas cooker, Sea toilet.Instruments include Raymarine ST3000 Autohelm, SeaMark Depth sounder with digital repeater, Navman Wind speed and direction including apparent and true. Navman Boat speed. DSC VHF Marine Radio. FM Stereo Radio with 2.5mm adaptor for iPhone/Android. All in working order.Sailing, motoring and anchor lights.240V shore mains hookup and 2 power points.Chart table.2 x 25lb anchors with chain and 50m warp. 5 fenders. Mooring ropes.Aft tender rack and winch. Very easy to load and launch a tender from the back of the boat. However some of the wood needs replacing. 3 x 12V Batteries.2 x 6 gallon fresh water tanks and water pump/tap.2 automatic bilge pumps, plus manual hand pumps.Calor gas cooker and bottle.All the inside windows were re-sealed last year. Next year’s fuel filters included plus various engine spare parts ( water impeller, glow coil, sacrificial anode, gaskets etc.).
