This Atlantic Catch 22 Sailing Yacht is perfect for any sailor ethier first boat or someone looking to downsize. So I brought this one as I had the same one a few years ago and loved it. Yes this does need work but very little to get her back sailing again – I will go into more detail below.Firstly she comes with a very good fin keel road trailer ready to go which is worth the asking price along.A little about the Atlantic Catch 22 – they are a joy to sail indeed, fast for its size but easy to handle. They have a well for the outboard central at the stern much better for berthing / motoring.When complete – 4 berth with a small area for toilet and galley.So what’s needed, let me break this down into 2 parts:Sailing: well in my view very little, a really good clean inside and out (being next to the trees means its green) but other that a good pressure wash would not sort out. Its comes with all new standing rigging, this will need attaching. Lines / sheets washing or replacing. Winches freeing off and greasing (I also have a full set of replacements and clutches). The bottom of the boat is excellent very smooth indeed so just an antifoul. Spreaders need replacement.Inside: firstly I would repaint it, that being said I am sure she will clean up ok. Ply berth hatches / covers need replacing (at least a couple but I would do the whole lot with thicker ply. Galley is missing its top but thats just a ply top. Blige paint lockers / floor.I have mail, Genoa and spinnaker for her – certainly not new but you can go sailing with them.I am sure they are things I have missed so you would be best to ask questions or actually come and have a look.I won’t accept any offers until I have spoken with you – so please no time wasters.contact me via eBay or 07767867082
