Reluctanly selling my Beneteau First 30 (Mauric) SSR123868, “Apache”.I’ve owned Apache for just over one year, having bought her after her last major owner became ill and could no longer sail. The interior is tired and would benefit from a refit including bulkheads.Important list of things to get her seaworthy:1. replace cutless bearing2. install engine and prop anodes3. Rudder bracket needs tightening and reglassing, as does hull around top of rudder post (see video for details).4. New set of sails recommended5. Rigging needs inspection but looks in good order.6. Stern gland to be replaced (replacement dripless seal on board and included).7. Throttle control needs replacing owing to gear selector switch being broken8. Reseal hatch above head9. Additional information:Relisted twice now due to timewasters. First time due to buyer “pressing the Buy It Now button by accident”. Second time the buyer got cold feet after wasting 6 weeks of my time and mooring fees.
