Please see my advert on Apollo Duck this has more photo,s i am adding more daily as it is unlimited, the first picture is before she sank the second is when she was recovered showing the damage to the port side.https://www.apolloduck.com/boat/beneteau-oceanis-37/630171DUE To the high level of interest and questions regarding the rigging the starting price on my quotes received was 10K upwards this was for the standard factory set-up Z-Spars with the price going up if parts where Seldon this included everything running and standing minus sailsPlease note due to the high level of interest so to flush out real buyers over time wasters, this Yacht will still need significant investment to get back to basic spec, Min £15K upwards, not including the above and purchase price.PROJECT 2008 3-Cabin Version Beneteau Oceanis 37, the yacht was first registered in January 2008 and has had 2 previous owners, unfortunately during the last ownership she was moored at Holyhead marina during storm Emma that hit and destroyed the marina in 2018.Unfortunately, she was sunk, however following me posting this listing i have been contacted by the previous owner who advised she was recovered on the 7th April, significant longer than i was originally informed. I brought her in June 2018 from a broker essex as a 2 year project to carry out a full rebuild and refurbishment.Prior to her devastation in march 2018 she was sold in January to then the previous owner, because of this I managed to trace her history and thus received the sales particulars from the broker at Holyhead, thus I am able to confirm specification and HIN number, also hours on the engine. The engine that comes with her had carried out 120Hours and was serviced in Jan 2018, the marina I brought her from had the engine removed and was running at point of sale to me, I still have the engine etc.Because of the damage she sustained to the hull, ABOVE the waterline as shown in the photos, I spent a good couple of months carrying out most of the repairs including structural matrix repairs, these have been over seen by a local boat builder and colleague of mine who is a qualified Boat Survey, currently 90% of the Hull damage has been repaired and needs final Faring and painting most areas currently painted in Epoxy Primer to protect the repaired laminates. The deck is 90% complete and needs final finishing due to the damage this will need to be either synthetic teak or painted.Internally we have 85% of the wood work, including the complete cabin sole which I had to only replace four pieces, that had floated off. The main cabin has all its wood work and is intact although removed to carry out any internal structural work that was needed. Both Aft Cabins are complete with only minor damage to one of the storage cupboards.Owners cabin is currently stripped out due to matrix repairs, however I have 80% of this cabin’s woodwork, with only minor items to be replaced the main cabinets are intact.I have replaced some of the electrics and have had the main control Panel for the whole boat repaired and tested this works, as it should.I have hundreds of Photos showing every stage of the build, from the day we brought her to the current condition. This yacht when finished would still command a high value currently around £50-60K.In the right hands this could be a great project could be turned into a superb Yacht.I am selling due to personally commitments / work which means I no longer have the time to finish as intended. She is currently in storage in Plymouth. Please note unfortunately the standing rigging e.g Mast etc and all sails was lost. I do Have a current quotation for complete replacement from AllSpars & euro spars both Plymouth based companies
Current Price: £5500.00
