29′ 6″ Colvic Sailor. Fin keel The Colvic Sailor is a very spacious boat for its size,I have owned this yacht for 2 years. powered with a Volvo MD11c. Although old this engine has never let me down. Heat exchanger on the cooling circuit.Has an engine hour meter showin 1150 hours but i am unsure how accurate this is. Nav lights all working, i recently put an LED bulb in the mast head light. Recently replaced main halyard and spinnaker halyard. all other lines in good working order. Fore sail was new 3 years ago and shows very little wear, Main sail is usable but but old (poss 10 years) have the previous fore sail and a cruising chute. Mast is a Selden mast, Fore sail is a Bowman unit. Main sail has lazy bag on boom with top zip (lines renewed this year) & furling fore sail. 2 large main winches (i think they are lewmar) 2 winches on coach roof, All lines led aft to cockpit. winch for fore sail furling line. Plastimo compass on port side (will need replacing or refurbishing). Engine controls on starboard side. NASA wind and depth instruments and Garmin chart plotter. Engine stop is located aft of tiller. last year we sanded and painted new anti-foul. Spray hood in good useable condition. Has side dogers but are not installed. Also has an awning although i have never used it. 2no cockpit covers (1 flat cover the over ties to underside of boom and zips to spray hood). The boat will need a new coat of anti-foul soon. Self draining cockpit. (i have blocked up the port drain due to lack of space for suitable stop cock in engine compartment) New skin fitting and stop cock for starboard cockpit drain. Main saloon with Nav table & galley, Nav area has older style NASA depth sounder & Furuno GPS read out, Nav light, table is large enough for folio style charts. I have re-run and renewed much of the wiring. Cobra VHF with ships number inputted. Piliot berth aft of Nav table under cock pit seat. Lots of storage space under and behind berths. Galley has pumped cold water to basin 1 locker above and 1 below Hob. Plastimo Gas hob less than 3 years old (2 burner with grill) large water tank in bilge under main saloon sole. Forward cabin, separate heads and locker. The Yacht will require annual maintenance and the exterior wood work rubbed down and varnished. The interior will require some decoration but the yacht is safe to use straight away. I have lots of original paper work (including original build plans).Please contact me for further details.
