My boat does need some TLC but is not a project, selling at a low reserve, so no warranty can be assumed. But there are a couple of things need doing plus basic maintenance for nearly 2 years lying idle & due to my age related issues making it more difficult to do simple procedures. The boat location is in a marina just north of Paris on the Seine laying on the hard, the buyer would take over the current 121.72 euros (Approx £108.00) monthly.Onboard there are many things as listed (and more) In the cockpit there is a compass port & starboard. Starboard there is an expensive Tacktick wind system, works of its own solar power. With the mast down I use only the depth and speed. Also in the cockpit is an access panel the lifts up showing the engine a Volvo Penta MD5C 9.5 inboard. There are plenty of lockers, for fenders, tools etc and of course the gas bottle locker. The propeller is a twin bladed folding type.In the cabin to the port side is the galley with a sink providing cold water only, via a foot mechanism. Adjacent to the sink is the cooker with gas hob with grill, Below is the oven, & have cooked pizza and other simple food. Adjacent is a quarter berth. To the starboard there is a quarter berth that extends outwards but still not a double more a larger single. Adjacent to this lies the chart table, numerous charts of English south coast and French inland water navigation books. Above the table is the electrical controls including the powerful motor that operates the lift and drop of the keel, making it effortless. With the keel down you have a respectable 1.6m draught, with it up it is 1m or fractionally less, so good for shallow waters. Below the chart table is the water tank. Sailing across the channel, in may 2019 was no problem, fair winds for most of the time, but high following seas, and at times slapping port and starboard, but she took it in her stride. To the heads is a wash basin also fed by cold water, opposite is a cupboard with a Wallis paraffin heater, this has not been used so no warranty can be assumed. Moving forward a little there is a vee berth but due to the anchor locker to the starboard side reducing the room here. I am happy to meet at a pre arranged location to drop off the keys, sails that are in storage, and spare parts mentioned. Or you can meet at mine, happy to discuss.
