17’3″ Express Pirate sailing cruiser – project boat. The boat is complete with road trailer and 4hp Mercury Sailpower outboard. She has been out of the water for two years now and is in need of a good clean and some tlc. Engine was regularly serviced until boat was taken out of the water. Mainsail and jib are in good condition but grubby. Exterior woodwork needs revarnishing and ply floorboard in cabin needs replacing. Blocks and small winch installed on top of cabin so all control lines can be brought aft for single handing. A-frame installed for mast lowering so ideal for sailing on the Broads. Trailer is a bit rusty but seems solid enough for safe road use. Wheel bearings replaced five years ago. Buyer to provide own strops for lashing boat to trailer for transporting.
