Description??Lady Irene is an excellent example of this heavy construction Fisher 37 blue water motor sailer. The boat cruises around 8 knots under power and also sails very well. It is very stable in any sea with a weight of around 15t. This is the aft cabin version which gives a useful aft cabin and second head with a wc and wash hand basin, or it can just be used for storage. We have owned this boat since 2009 and have carried out a lot of ongoing work. The work includes:–A new 90hp Beta engine was installed in 2010 by Creran Marine who are main Beta dealers. The engine has only done 100 hours since then. We have the upgraded engine control panel.-installation of full height netted guard rails to make boat safer for children.-Installation of Vetus bow-thruster with its own twin battery bank and joystick in wheelhouse.-Installation of forward looking sonar.-Installation of Raymarine 12” Multipupose display with radar.-Installation of a calorifier hot water system.-Installation of stainless steel folding mast steps on both masts.-Installation of new gimballed cooker. -Shot blasting of hull below waterline back to grp and new epoxy paint applied. -New lazy jack sail covers for main sails and mizzen sail.-New rear platform to carry tender.-New electric windlass with dual controls on deck and in wheelhouse.-Installed new headlining.-Removed old tread master and replaced with Kiwi grip on whole deck.-Sound proofed engine compartment. We haven’t time to use the boat and so now wish to sell. The boat would benefit with new cushions and bit of a tidy up depending on what you want to use the boat for. ?The boat is currently lying out of the water on our own Jacobs cradle in the local boatyard at Creran Marine near Oban, Argyll, Scotland and viewings are welcome. AccommodationForward cabin with V-berth with infill, sink with pressurised cold water supply, storage lockers. The autopilot can be controlled from the GPS or from its own control unit. There is a forward looking sonar with display and a fish finder. There are two vhf radios. There is also a radio/cdplayer and a cctv system linked to a camera in the bow for single handed mooring.
