Freedom 25 Yacht Sold In Aid Of Sail 4 Cancer CharityThis yacht was used to take cancer sufferers sailing on Lake Windermere and it was used extensively for this purpose for several years. However, the yacht needs some maintenance and the effects of the pandemic have struck the charity very hard. We need to sell this yacht and release some much needed funds.Priced for a quick sale as we need to move this yacht urgently. These yachts regularly sell for £15,000 in the US and are highly sought after. This is a great single handed yacht and easy to sail thanks to its dinghy style rigging. The unsupported mast is far forward giving a lot of room down below. This yacht needs some work but it will clean up really well. There are a couple of GRP scrapes that need attention but the hull is sound. The hull needs a pressure wash and some new anti-foul too. The interior needs more work – there is some mould on the woodwork which will need sanding down and re-varnishing.
